This company has been established since 1984 with the sole interest of developing shipping activities. Same year, Kline has appointed this company to be Macau agents. Hence service scope expanded to freight forwarding business including airfreight and land transportation to comply with request from customers.

　　In view of China open market policy, manufacturers tend to remove their production lines to Southern China especially Pear River Delta area. Kline HongKong has participated to this company in order to jointly develop South PRD area since 1991. Initially Zhuhai representative office has been established as first step into China market in 1991. Over the years, now Ka Fung has 12 representative offices in Guangdong province providing liner services as well as freight related services. Additionally, two more representative offices have been established in Changsha of Hunan Province, and Xiamen of Fujian Province repectively. In total, 14 representative offices are under operation in Southern China.

　　Ka Fung has successfully obtained International Freight Forwarding license in Shenzhen under CEPA mechanism in June 2004 under the name of “Shenzhen Jia Feng Shipping Co. Ltd.”, which is fully owned by this company. Hence freight settlement, cargo canvassing, contracting with carriers and issuing of House bill of lading are legitimately preformed in China.

　　Port authorities both in Zhuhai and Zhongshan that extends to customs as well are backing up our services. Customs formalities performed by importer and exporter will be benefit by our close relationship with them.

　　Furthermore, our company has an agreement with PENAVICO, who is authorised to represent as the agents for foreign shipping lines and freight forwarders in China, that they can issue or counter sign bill of lading on behalf of various shipping lines or freight forwarders.
